Saskatchewan & Manitoba Regional

FireFit Event & Tag FireFit Team FireFit Relay

All teams and individuals are welcome to compete. All events are open. FireFit Teams and individuals eligible to compete for byes in this regional are Saskatchewan & Manitoba, North West Territories & Nunavut.

U.S. FireFit Teams are very welcome to participate.

FireFit Event                                                  The top FireFit Team from the Region will earn the Regional 'Bye' into final day of Competition at the Canadian National Championships. FireFit Team times of 9 minutes or less qualify for 'Wild Card Days' at the Canadian Nationals to be held in Edmonton, Alberta.

FireFit Relay                                                                  The top FireFit Relay FireFit Team from the Region will earn the Regional 'Bye' into final day of Competition at the Canadian National Championships (Saturday).  FireFit Team times of 2 minutes or less for Men's FireFit Teams and 3 minutes or less for Women's FireFit Teams  qualify for 'Wild Card Days' at the Canadian National Championships in Edmonton, Alberta.

Hot Happenings

• Friday, June 17th JT's Pub at the Host Hotel, is a Welcome Competitors Reception!

• Can you say 'Tom Cochrane'!  Saturday June 18th at 7pm Tom Cochrane will play a free outdoor concert in Priminister's Park.  

• Check out the town Web Site at: www.citypa.ca

• All Competitors will receive a VIP Card for discounts and deals throughout Prince Albert all weekend long!  The VIP card will get you 10% off in the Host Hotel Restaurant and drink specials all Weekend long in P.A.'s Hottest Lounge!  Smitty's Restaurant will also be offering Competitors Discounts!

• Sunday, June 19th is  'CTV Founder's Day' in Prince Albert.  The Celebrations take place on the River Bank and will be highlighted on the Map Brochure you will receive at 'Registration Confirmation' Friday night.  Live Music all day with many activities for the kids.  Wrapping up the weekend and Prince Albert's Celebration of Saskatchewan's Centennial, will be a fireworks display.

• Check out the specials that Smitty's Family Restaurant & Bugsy's Bar & Grill will be offering all Competitors & their families over the weekend!

Friday, June 17th  

17h00 - FireFit & FireFit Relay Registration Confirmation on site until 7 PM.  Individuals and at least one member from each FireFit Team must be present to validate the members who will be competing the following day.   This is to ensure that the Start Order is correct on event day. 

16h00 to 19h00 - Course Inspection, course will be closed on day of event.  Make sure you bring your own hammer if you wish to use the Force Machine.  Helmets, Gloves, turnout pants and steel toed boots must been worn at all times while on the tower.

Host Hotel                                                               

Directions to Hotel:  Traveling into P.A. highway 2 becomes 2nd Avenue West.  This is the main road through Prince Albert.  South Hill Inn is on the West side of 2nd Ave.

Directions to site from Hotel:  1 block North of Host Hotel on 2nd Avenue you will find South Hill Mall and you can't miss the FireFit Tower!
