All teams and individuals are
welcome to compete. All events are open. Teams and individuals eligible to
compete for the Regional Byes in this region are those Departments
East of Quebec City and North of the St. Lawrence River.
Competitors from other Countries are welcome to
compete for a International Bye to the Championship Finals in
Halifax, Nova Scotia, August 30th to September 2nd.
FireFit Individual
& Team Competition
The First Place Individual in
each Category from the Region, receive a bye into the final day of the FireFit Finals.
The top
Team from the Region will earn the Regional 'Bye' into Final Day. Team times of 9 minutes or
less qualify a Team to compete on one of the 'Wild Card Days' in order to
earn a spot into Final Day.
FireFit Relay
The Top Relay Team from the Region will earn the Regional 'Bye' into the
Final Day of Relay Competition (Saturday).
Teams with times of 2 minutes or less (Men's) and 3 minutes or less for (Women's), qualify
for the 'Wild Card Relay Tournament' and compete to race against the Bye Teams
on Relay Day (Saturday) during the FireFit Finals. See Final's Relay
Tournament Format for detailed explanation.
FireFit NxG2 Relay
The Fastest NxG2 Relay Team
from the Region, earns a 'Bye' into the Final Day of NxG2 Relay
Competition (Saturday). NxG2 Relay Teams with a time of 2:30 or less qualify compete
in the NxG2 Wild Card Relay Tournament and compete to race against the Bye Teams
on Relay Day (Saturday). See Final's NxG2 Relay Tournament Format for
detailed explanation.

From West (Quebec City) follow Boulevard Lafleche.
Turn left at the 6th light on Boulevard Blanche. Turn right on DeBretagne.

From East (Ferry & Sept-Iles): Follow Boulevard Pierre-Ouellet.
Turn right on DeBretagne. The site is on your right.
