The 10th Annual Grind in the City Stair Climb benefiting Muscular Dystrophy Canada is a 43 story ascent up the Harbour Center Tower to the spectacular 360º viewing area of the award winning Vancouver Lookout.  Experience the breathtaking views of Greater Vancouver, the majestic North Shore Mountains and perhaps even Vancouver Island just off the Pacific Coast!

Enter as a team or individual and challenge yourself up 700 steps (466 vertical feet) in this exhilarating and competitive event.  Race alongside your local Fire Fighters and help them in the fight against Muscular Dystrophy!  There is no entry fee but participants are asked to raise a minimum pledge amount of $50. all of which will be donated to benefit people living with neuromuscular disorders.
